I did the program when I was a student where I was working 16 hrs/day to earn extra money to pay tuition. I was extremely stressed out due to lack severe sleep deprivation. After about 3-4 months, my health started affecting badly and I started having hallucinations. My friend encouraged me to take this program and since then, my health has improved many folds and I have now completely recovered.

I took the Art of Living Course when I was in school doing my masters in Dec 2003. I am a software profession working in the Bay Area. The course is loaded with lot of things. When I took it the first time, what stuck to me was the Sudarshan Kriya practice, the breathing technique they teach on the course. After, I repeated the course later on, I learnt other snippets of wisdom and giving 100% percent etc. The practice of Sudarshan kriya regularly greatly helped me not just in terms of my physical energy levels, clarity and focus. More importantly for me it brought in my enthusiasm and zeal for life that I had as a child. Additionally it helped me improve my self-esteem and become more confident in life :). "Overall, I would say taking the Art of Living Course, opened up new avenues I could explore in life and greatly enhance my quality of life.

I practise the Sudarshan Kriya technique daily. I am now better focused and have a clear mind both at work and home. My stress levels have definitely decreased and able to maintain a healthier life style. The techniques also help me in maintain a good emotional balance and am more centered in any difficult situations. Art of Living is a turning point in my life..still is..was in deep hole in context of sugar levels/life style change , needed some turning point in life and this was the tool for me.I always say it is 'one stop resting area' which is organized by intellectuals and using modern means, transferring knowledge/Master's style of teaching directly from him to all. I have been practising more than 2 years and just took few steps towards it and it made such a impact , that I added other activities with it and I feel 10 years younger (mentally and physically).It helped me enforce the much needed discipline to my body,positive thoughts and introduced be back to basics of life, along with its ultimate sudharshan kriya..it is a blend of I feel yoga/regular pattern of breathing and sounds, helps in proper circulation of breath and removal of toxins..I call it 'one stop resting area' because it includes fun/activities/knowledge series/sadhana/kriya/nice people who take out time in motivating others/exposes to the beauty of indian culture and its diversities(activities)and simply reminds you about essence of life ( to live and let others live;to smile and to make others smile; to fulfill ones duty and to cherish the dreams to be realized during these tough times ). I end this note , requesting you to try it out and do one good thing to your self...this program would change your life forever if you were really looking for life changer in dreams/thoughts/wish list.
